How we handle a notice

You'll receive a reference number straight away. We register an incomplete notice along with what's missing.
A staff member checks completeness, urgency and who should handle it.
The other party receives the relevant complaint without your personal details and is given the opportunity to respond.
An interim measure and the final decision are separate decisions, each with a justification and a clear scope.
A decision can be appealed; a different reviewer handles the appeal. Earlier decisions are never deleted.
