From draft to availability, with checks at every step.
Only when everything is complete and checked do we submit your release to our distribution partner.
Release wizard
Title, artists, genre, planning, countries and stores. Each step shows what's still missing.
Tracks and credits
ISRC per recording, IPI number per songwriter, producers, featured artists and the splits per track.
Automatic checks
We check audio and artwork automatically before they're used. Old uploads never overwrite your current version.
Rights and declaration
We ask about covers, samples and AI use for each track. Your declaration applies to exactly the version you submit.
Submission and status
Submitted, in review, delivered and available are separate statuses, each with a source and timestamp.
Changes and removal
A change or removal from stores goes through a controlled process with confirmation.
What do ISRC, IPI, splits and countries mean?
- ISRC
- The unique code for a single recording. If you don't have one yet, we'll assign one.
- IPI
- A songwriter's number at a collecting society (such as BumaStemra). Needed to collect copyright royalties.
- Splits
- Who gets which share of a track's income, for example you and a producer.
- Countries
- Where your release becomes available: everywhere by default, or only in the countries you choose.
Teams, labels and collaborations
One organisation can manage multiple labels; roles (owner, manager, editor, finance) determine who can do what. Collaborators, such as a featured artist or producer, only see the streams of their tracks, their share and their payouts.
Music publishing
Do you write your own songs? We register them with collecting societies and collect your publishing income; you remain the owner. You sign up in your account and see the full agreement and the costs before signing.
