What does my release status mean?

In review by Crystal Distribution: a staff member checks the metadata, rights and media. You don't need to do anything unless we ask a question.

Awaiting activation: the release is ready for delivery to the distribution partner; that step is waiting for an active distribution connection or a scheduled release date.

With the distribution partner: the release has been sent. The partner checks it and delivers it to the stores; the processing time differs per store and isn't set by us.

Action needed: the partner or Crystal Distribution is asking for a change. The comments are shown with the release; once you've made the change, submit again.

Delivered to the stores: the distribution partner has delivered your release to the stores. Each store decides for itself when it shows it. When the partner reports a store's link, you will find it on the release under In the stores.

We only give an estimated delivery time if the partner reports one itself.
